Falling Forwards- Overcoming Challenges and building Resilience

Falling Forwards has been a project in my mind since 2020. Life had been going well with a job that I loved, and two healthy and happy kids and a loving wife. We were invited to an appointment for my eldest son’s health in the January of 2020 that would tragically alter our lives. Since then we have had some very dark times and some really incredible times.

Life is short. Life is hard. But life is beautiful. This blog is a place to explore intentional living and how to upgrade your life through simple but powerful changes.

Falling Forwards is a place for me to document the things that matter in an aim to live more intentionally and being truly rooted in the present. I will aim to cover aspects that add quality to our lives such as travel, food, adventures, and tips for improving wellbeing and resilience.

Learn various methods of mindfulness to deal with anxiety, stress and toxic situations. Build resilience and coping strategies to become bullet proof.

Travel

Traveling opens the mind and expands the imagination. I don’t profess to be a great explorer but hopefully you will be inspired to make your own plans.

Health

Fitness and health advice stemming from a number of years as a Level 3 qualified personal trainer running Boxercise, Military inspired fitness circuits and training for race specific events. More recently injury rehabilitation following my own struggles with Arthritis.
